CS (Crafy Syntax) Live Help program is a MySQL database-driven Live Help support chat system that allows the operators of a website to monitor their visitors as they are browsing the site, respond to help requests via live chat, and proactively open a chat session with the visitor. Other features include chat notification, user is typing message, multiple chat sessions, referer tracking, page view tracking and multiple operators. Unlike other Live Help programs costing $100.00 or more and which are dependent on access to another site for tracking, CS Live Help is included free as part of any 1-2-Wonder Hosting account that has an available MySQL database.
